Sales Order

Land Tracts & Timber Tracts will be auctioned on an individual basis & then in combinations using Golden Rule-Wilson’s Computerized Multi-Parcel Selling System allowing anyone to bid on any tract or combination of tracts at any time. This allows bidders to make or break a combination, ultimately ending in the manner which results in the most money.

Terms

Real Estate:  Non-refundable 10% down day of sale & balance with deed on or before 30 days.  A seven percent buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid to determine the final sales price.  Property taxes paid by seller for 2019.

Timber: Non-refundable 10% down day of sale and signing of standing timber contract & balance on or before 30 days –allowing until April 13, 2020 for removal of timber down to a 12 inch cut at the stump (to be measured 12 inches above the ground). A seven percent buyer’s premium will be added to the final bids on timber to determine final sales price.
